Lead Hardware Developer:
Experience designing and implementing low-cost embedded systems. We are looking for someone who can take a concept, breadboard a prototype, and evolve this to a commercial grade design, paying attention to constraints such as cost, footprint, and power consumption. The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of analog and digital circuitry, including experience with wireless, as well as knowledge of circuit board layout and manufacture. Knowledge of motor and lighting control is also essential. This individual will network with third-party field engineers to stay current with emerging technology. Industrial design and mechanical engineering experience or interest is a plus. If you've spent a non-trivial chunk of your life understanding Horowitz and Hill, we want to hear from you.

Lead Software Developer:
Java / C++ programmer for implementing both client and server web applications. We seek an individual who can architect scalable systems and supervise development and deployment of our online infrastructure. This person must be experienced with various web servers and architectures, and be able to select technology which best suits our needs.
Lead Network Administrator:
Supervise all aspects of deploying a robust and secure web infrastructure, both internal and external. Our clients rely on a trustworthy network for their valuable customer data, and your job is to ensure this integrity. Familiarity Linux, Windows, and Mac OS, as well as Cisco and TCP/IP protocols. Work with external vendors for cost effective and reliable offsite hosting. Internal responsibilities include email, printers, backups, hardware and software purchasing, and offsite data archiving.
